José Ochoa and Family

Church Planting in Cuenca, Ecuador
 José (Pepe) is leading a church plant in Cuenca, Ecuador. He is bi-vocational and working full time. In 2018 Pepe began to work on his M-Div and is currently half way through his online studies with Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.  In the summer of 2020 the Ochoa family joined the SL team formally, and are now leading the church planting efforts. He is in need of financial support to further cut back his secular hours in order to be able to give more time to evangelism, discipleship, training, and shepherding to further the Gospel in his community and in the growing church.

Vanessa Cordero

Biblical Counseling and Training in Cuenca, Ecuador
Vanessa has been involved with Servant Leaders since 2014 when she was sent to Costa Rica for a two year missions assignment at Roca Viva. Vanessa joined the SL team in 2019.  Since then she has received her doctorate in Counseling and is working towards her certification in Biblical Counseling.  She started a family counseling center in Cuenca, Ecuador and has been leading Servant Leaders efforts to prepare and launch Biblical counseling training for local churches. Vanessa is working to help oversee Servant Leaders online training that we are conducting in partnership with Anchor Christian University.   Please consider supporting Vanessa with monthly support.

Amable Lesano and Family

Chillanes, Ecuador
The Lesano family are church planting in Chillanes, Ecuador.  Amable and Jenny have 4 children ranging from 4-20.  The are from the a town in Northern Ecuador where they lived unitl 2018 when they moved to begin a church plant in Chillanes.  Chillanes is small town connected to many mountain communities on the Western Slopes of the Andes Mountains.  The Lesano family is working to build trust in the community to open up opportunities to begin chronological evangelistic bible studies.  Over the past year Amable has had the opportunity to begin studies with 5 families.  Amable works 2-3 days a week helping local farmers to care for their plants.  This serves two purposes, first to build trust through working shoulder to shoulder with these families and second to supplement their income. Darwin Punguil and Family

Iglesia Bíblica Renacer (New Birth Bible Church)
Chaupimolino, Quito, Ecuador

Darwin is pastoring a church in Northern Ecuador. They have been growing the church to be able to prepare men and women for ministry multiplication.  Their goal is to send out men and women to strengthen and start new local church in needy areas of Ecuador.
